back from boston.

I hopped on a 6:30am bus to NY today from Boston... just so I could make it in time for work at 10:30am. Got in the city by 10:30am and clocked in at work by 11:03am. A little late. Spent the day at work painting the china cabinet I'm using for my window. So far it looks really good in a creamy off-white glossy coat of fresh paint. I'll be working on the rest of the window for the next couple days and hopefully everything will be done by Friday.

Now about Boston. Good times as always being around Mel, and JR was there too (he's taking up his MBA). After sitting on my ass for a good solid six hour bus ride from NY to Boston I was ravenous for our much awaited dinner at Red Sea. It was so amazing (as expected) that I ate my weight in food. I've been there twice now, and it looks to becoming a favorite of mine when in Boston. Saturday was spent driving around, walking in Harvard, watching Choke and having the tastiest dim sum for dinner. Boston was also starting to change into it's fall colors. Bright reds and bursts of intense oranges and electric yellows have started to appear on leaves. It was all very beautiful! I'm glad I made the trip even though it was practically a day out of the city.

I'm really pooped. I even didn't have enough energy to do groceries tonight... which will have to wait until tomorrow. Now I need to settle in, take a shower, finish my painting and hit the sack before 11pm. Dinner was a bowl of Cheerios and milk, so lame.
