Indeed, summer in NY has arrived. It may be a little too late for the sun's scorching heat and the city's humid temperature rising... but we all wanted it when it was raining all June - July.

Got in early from work today. Scarfed a boat load of brie, kalamata hummus and crackers while catching up on last Sunday's True Blood episode. So sad. I think the last time some television show made me feel this sad was Grey's Anatomy Season 1. I've also popped in half a chicken in the oven for some baked chicken to lunch on the next couple days. As I wait for the chicken skin to crisp I've decided to make some drawings and possibly studies for new work.

Ok, oven is beeping... gotta go.
