chocolate.




These tiny chocolate croissants I made when I got home today look like small chocolate crabs.. Used store bought puff pastry, left over Mast Brothers chocolate, sprinkled slivers of almonds and dusted it with brown sugar for crunch. Its not entirely amazing but I think its pretty good. I got the idea here...



but with the store bought factor of this little kitchen project, I'm afraid its seemed a little too much like this..



Sigh. I wish Amai Tea House was still open. Little businesses are disappearing in the city.

ang lola ka nagbe-bake na! pauie did u make the pastry dough? inggit ako. Gusto ko na tlaga bumili ng oven. Galing mo magluto! I was delighted before seeing your olive rice or something...
