Yesterday, I requested to leave early from work to attend Chris' surprise bday brunch. Ofcourse I was already too late for the actual surprise and when I got there everyone had already gotten their food even before I sat. So I hurriedly ordered a hamburger and a mimosa and started to just gab out of my excitement!

Three mimosas (Essex) and two gimlets (Stanton) later I was so happy! Happy to be with all my friends again. Happy to actually have Sunday brunch. It was something I really needed for a long time having to spend no social time at all with school/work.

YAY!

Now, off to work.
