sick.

I might have the flu. I'm not sure if I do but I sure do feel sick. I woke up yesterday with my throat burning and a weird taste in my mouth. Sore throat? Apparently my manager Lisa felt the same way too yesterday. It has got to be that thing thats been going around. All that coughing and hacking on the train and streets. Sigh.

I'm stuck at home. Didn't go to my drawing class at 9:30am and wont show up at my sculpture class at 2pm either. I'm a little pissed that I'm missing the class field trip to Chelsea. My professor is taking the class to a gallery hopping trip and even though I've already done my rounds in Chelsea two weeks ago I would've liked to see the shows again with my class.

Ok, I'm off to get some soup from the coffee shop across the street and also get stuff to make chicken rice soup at the bodega... I'll probably do an ART 21 marathon (4 seasons worth that I just got) and draw and hopefully make some real progress with my work in school. I have just been so lost and distracted really. Will also read on the German Art reading assignment as well as the Artists' Books readings.

I hate being sick.

I probably should give my doctor a call (?).
