Which inspired me to get a NYPL card. Some how the idea of reading this book in all it's 1946 edition sparked a very quirky (more than the usual) nerve in me.
It feels too that I've fallen in the rabbit hole.
short bread cookies (lemongrass + ginger, chai almond and white tea strawberry), a chocolate/coconut/fig cookie (really good!).

and since they didn't have vanilla bean lemonade, I had to settle for a cup of iced-green tea.
I sat outside Gramercy Park where I enjoyed my remaining 10 minutes of alone time. The nature of the environment at work makes you want to just sit still even just for a moment. With having to deal with crazy, old, drugged or drunk (sometimes all of the above) customers all day, a little quiet time helps to keep one's sanity.
After work...

Days like this in the city are the ones I live for. I'm still in the rabbit hole, falling... and waiting to land.

i wanted to see that gold thingy Julian Schnabel designed....so natuloy din? I read some people in the neighborhood were against its construction
people said it was an eye sore of some sort... true it sticks out, pero if you see it, it looks really amazing! i dont know what theyre complaining about... kung tutuusin, madaming katabi siya na "glass condos", yun ang eye sore.
